Step 1 - Welcome to our Online Shop - spring overview:
Use the menus to select the type of spring you need. Each section contains subsections with further choices. If you use our searchfunction, the table will only show the springs that fits your choices. Once you have found the wanted spring, you can see price, stock-status and discounts by pressing "Prices". Some of the item groups contain a lot of data in the tables. This may mean it takes a while for the tables to load.

Step 2 - Choose amount:
Here you can view the stock status and price list, as well as quantity discounts. Select the quantity you need by pressing "Add to basket" next to the stock no..

Step 3 - Shopping basket:
On this page you can see a summary of items, quantities and prices. You can increase/reduce the number of items or delete unwanted item numbers.

Step 4 - Customer information:
The first time you buy something on our online shop, you will need to provide a few relevant customer details in order for us to be able to process your order correctly. The next time you shop, all you will need is your main telephone number to log in.

Once you have logged in using your main telephone number, the customer's name and e-mail address must be entered to ensure we deliver to the correct place.

Step 5 - Delivery method:
On this page you can note the order number and preferred delivery date, as well as any comments. Here you also select the delivery method.

Step 6 - Payment method:
On this page you choose how you want to pay. Credit is offered to customers with a valid VAT no.

Step 7 - Confirm the order:
All information regarding your order is shown on this page. When paying with creditcard, you will be linked to a paymentsite after confirming your order. Creditcard data will be send encrypted to PBS.

 A order receipt will be send automatically to your e-mail.

Orders accepted before 15.30 CET (Monday - Thursday) or before 14.30 CET Friday, you order will be shipped the same day. If the item is not on stock, we will contact you.
